I design jewelry for any occasion, blending high-quality materials, attention to detail and my own personality. I use only genuine Swarovski element crystals.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times
North America: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 business days

Custom orders may take up to 5 days to be shipped out.
International orders it will take a few weeks to arrive at you.

I will provide a tracking number with your order once the items are shipped for domestic orders.

Payments

Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 5 days.

Returns

I  accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged (earrings)
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
